There is a beautiful movement growing around many cities, where people take a moment to connect – to really connect, take time off the internet (and all things that are distracting), to just being in true presence with another. All this with a group hug.

I love the wonderful energy of such positive events, bringing people together, who may not otherwise connect in daily life – and just sharing the energy.
