1st July 2016 is exactly the halfway point of 2016! Yes, it is a powerful month and time to set some intentions for the next 6 months and the rest of 2016. What would you like to manifest and work on?

Invoke Your Inner Light (Humee Hum Brahm Hum)
This meditation was given to create the power of effective communication. After completing this practice, meditate for a few minutes and continue to assess yourself: Did you hear what you were saying? Could you hear and understand exactly what you were saying? Are your words entering your heart as real and precious so you will stand behind what you create? If not, it takes away all energy and reality. Confirm and establish your communication to be conscious, direct and real.
Complete Mantra
Humee Hum Brahm Hum
Translation
We are We. We are God.
This mantra literally means that we are the spirit of God. Chanting this mantra fixes this identity (the total spirit of God) into the soulβs true reality.
Meditation Instructions – Full Practrice
Sit straight in Easy Pose.
Mudra
Interlock the fingers in Venus Lock (with the thumbs interlocked and the hands forming a cupped position) in front of the solar plexus.
Eyes
Eyes are closed.
Mantra
Chant, listen and understand the mantra βHumee Hum Brahm Humβ
Time
11-22 minutes. You may choose to begin with 11 minutes and build up to 22 minutes.
To End
Inhale deeply and hold. Assess yourself while holding the breath. Exhale. Repeat 2 more times. Relax.
