There is something magical about Spring. Even though there are classes all year around, Spring is a wonderful time to start! This year, I will be sharing my yoga and meditation practices in different locations around the city: In the hills, on the beach and in the studio.
Special classes will be the Hike & Yoga sessions, as we head to the hills of a famous park and get a class with a full on horizon view of Barcelona.
